3 Installation Steps
⛔
Safety Notice Ensure the power supply is completely disconnected before beginning installation. The unit is heavy — a minimum of two trained technicians is required. Do not install during rain or high winds.

1

Site Preparation & Floor Drilling

Mark the installation position on the hardened floor surface. Refer to the base hole layout diagram below to confirm the exact anchor hole positions. Using a 12 mm impact drill bit, drill 8 anchor holes in the floor according to the base plate hole pattern. Ensure all holes are vertical and free of debris before proceeding.

2

Anchor the Base & Connect Main Power Supply

Position the base (pedestal) over the drilled holes. Insert and tighten all 8 × M10×100 expansion anchor bolts to secure the base firmly to the floor. Once the base is fixed, route the external power supply cable up through the base interior. After tightening, cover each bolt head with a silicone plug to maintain the IP66 weatherproof rating.

3

Install the Mounting Bracket onto the Base

Lift the horizontal mounting bracket and align it with the top of the base. Secure the bracket to the base using 8 × M8×40 hex socket screws. Confirm the bracket is level before fully tightening.

Mount the Display Frames onto the Bracket

⚠
Critical — Install the Center Frame First For a triple-screen configuration, always mount and secure the center display frame first. This ensures balanced load distribution and accurate alignment of all three panels.

4.1 Open the rear access door of each display frame before lifting.

4.2 Lift and position the center frame onto the bracket. Align the mounting holes on the frame with those on the bracket.

4.3 Secure the center frame using M8×40 hex socket screws. Then repeat for the left and right frames. A total of 24 × M8×40 screws are used across all three frames (8 per frame).

4.4 Once all three frames are on the bracket, use 4 × M8×50 hex socket screws with 4 × M8 anti-slip nuts to fasten the side-edge splicing holes between adjacent frames. This locks the three panels into a rigid, seamless assembly.

Internal Power & Network Cable Routing

With all rear access doors open, route the internal power and network cables as follows:

Center screen: Connect the center screen’s power and network cables directly downward through the bottom opening of the center frame into the base.

Left & right screens: Route each side screen’s cables through the side pass-through hole into the interior of the center frame. From there, route all cables downward through the center square knockout at the bottom of the center frame into the base, where they connect to the main power supply and network switch.

Ensure all cables are neatly secured and do not pinch against any metal edges or moving parts.

6

Final Inspection & Close-Up

Before closing the rear doors, perform a full inspection:

Verify that all structural screws (M8×40, M8×50, M10×100) are fully tightened. Confirm that all power and network cables are correctly connected, properly routed, and free from pinch points. Check that all 8 silicone plugs are seated on the anchor bolt heads. Once satisfied, close and lock all rear access doors on each display frame.

✔
Installation is now complete. Power on the unit and verify normal display operation before leaving the site.

5 Frequently Asked Questions
Why must the center screen be installed first? +
The center frame acts as the structural reference point for the entire triple-screen assembly. Installing it first ensures the bracket load is distributed symmetrically and that the left and right frames can be aligned and spliced accurately. Installing side frames first may cause misalignment and uneven stress on the bracket.
What floor surface is required for installation? +
The base must be anchored to a hardened, load-bearing surface such as reinforced concrete. The M10×100 expansion anchor bolts require a minimum concrete thickness of approximately 150 mm for a secure hold. Do not install on asphalt, paving tiles, or any non-structural surface without consulting a structural engineer.
How is the IP66 weatherproof rating maintained after installation? +
The IP66 rating depends on all rear access doors being properly closed and locked, all silicone plugs being seated on the anchor bolt holes, and all cable entry points being sealed. If any door seal or gasket is damaged during installation, contact AISICAN for a replacement before powering on the unit.
Can the display orientation be adjusted after installation? +
The WD550D is designed as a fixed freestanding installation. The viewing angle is fixed at the time of installation. If directional adjustment is required, the entire base position must be repositioned prior to anchoring. We recommend confirming the final orientation on-site before drilling.
What power supply specification is required? +
Please refer to the electrical specification sheet supplied with your unit for exact voltage, current, and circuit breaker requirements. Ensure the external power supply circuit is installed by a licensed electrician in compliance with local electrical codes. Do not exceed the rated input power.
Who should I contact if a part is missing or damaged? +
Please contact your AISICAN project coordinator or our support team directly before proceeding with installation. Do not attempt to substitute hardware with non-specified parts, as this may affect structural integrity and void the warranty.
